SYNCED - Designed with Intention
"SYNCED didn’t start as a product idea. It started as a moment, one of those quiet, uncomfortable moments where you realize you’ve been putting your own life on hold. I’ve always been someone with big ideas and long lists of things I wanted to do, but procrastination kept winning. Not in a dramatic way, just in that slow, sneaky way where days pass, then weeks, and suddenly the things you care about are sitting in the backseat while life keeps moving forward without you.
I wanted something that helped me actually start the things I cared about. Not a planner. Not a habit app. Not another “be more disciplined” lecture. I wanted a tool that made time feel approachable again, something intentional, structured, and grounded in how our brains actually work.
SYNCED is the tool I built for myself, and for women at every stage of life. Women who are building careers, raising families, starting over, reinventing themselves, exploring new passions, or simply trying to make space for the things that matter to them.
SYNCED is built around three things the brain responds to: time, sensory cues, and reward. When those three elements work together, they make it easier to start and keep going even on the days when motivation is nowhere to be found. The tool creates a rhythm that feels intentional instead of overwhelming, helping you move through tasks in a way that feels steady and doable. It doesn’t try to “fix” you or force you into a rigid system. It simply gives your brain the structure it needs to stop delaying the things you care about.
I created SYNCED because I was tired of watching my own goals sit on the sidelines. I wanted something that helped me show up for myself with more intention, and I knew other women felt that same. SYNCED is for all women who are building, evolving, experimenting, rediscovering, or simply trying to make space for themselves again. It’s a tool that helps you stay connected to what matters, not through pressure, but through small, intentional moments that add up over time."
